Our Story
Lester Mcolmbe started his organic poultry in 1991 with his wife Lori and their two kids max and ellie. The farms was started with 15 chickens, one cow and a ranch dog named disco. Our farm has now grown to 735 chickens each year, we have 8 cows and 35 ducks. we out in our cheese cave in 2004 and we currently are working on our 4th artisianal cheese
